RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Our Commitment to Satisfaction

We want you to be captivated by your selection. If your piece is not a perfect match, we happily offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Condition: Merchandise must be in pristine, saleable condition—unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging (including boxes, pouches, and certificates).

Damaged Items Exception: If your item arrived damaged in transit, this return policy does not apply. Please follow the instructions in our Shipping Policy to claim a full refund or replacement.

Refunds & Store Credits

Items Under $100: Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, store credit, or exchange.

Items $100 and Over: Eligible for store credit or exchange only. Note: Original credit card or cash refunds will not be issued for these high-end selections.

Final Sale: Personalized, engraved, or bespoke/custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Logistics & Fees

RMA Requirement: All returns must be authorized. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages sent without a RMA will be refused and returned to sender.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our fulfillment error.

Restocking Fees: Items returned without original packaging or showing minor signs of handling are subject to a 15–20% restocking fee.

How do I start a return? Reach out to our Concierge Team at info@laperlademari.com or use your Online Account Portal. We will issue your RMA number and shipping instructions.

Where do I ship my return? Please wait for your official RMA and instructions before shipping. Do not ship items without a confirmed RMA number clearly marked on the package. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.

How is my refund processed? Eligible Purchases Under $100: Refunds are credited to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days of inspection.

Purchases $100 and Over: Issued as a digital store credit/gift card via email within 1-2 business days of inspection. 

Gift Card Purchases: Issued as a digital store credit/gift card via email within 1-2 business days of inspection. 

In-Person Cash Sales (Events/Markets): For eligible items under $100, refunds are issued via company check within 10 business days of receipt verification.

Can I request an exchange instead of a refund? Absolutely. Contact our Concierge Team at info@laperlademari.com immediately to reserve your new item. Once your original return is received and passes inspection, we will ship your new selection.

Please note: Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability.

Higher Value Exchanges: Our team will send a secure invoice for the price difference. It must be paid before the new item ships.

Lower Value Exchanges: If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method (for original purchases under $100). For original purchases over $100, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
