Processing Time: Merchandise is processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment.

Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order is dispatched.

Shipping & Destinations

Delivery Areas: We ship exclusively within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Delivery Windows: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of being shipped.

Shipping Rates: Standard shipping ranges from $5.99-$12.99 (calculated by weight) for orders under $75.

Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $75 or more.

Insurance, Liability & Damages

Lost Packages: La Perla de Mari, LLC is responsible for your purchase until the carrier marks it as delivered. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please contact our Concierge Team within 24 hours.

Arrival Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. 

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, email info@laperlademari.com within 24 hours. You must include photos of both the damaged packaging and the product to qualify for a replacement or refund.
