All "low stock" alerts, countdown timers, and "verified purchase" badges displayed on our site are based on real-time inventory and sales data. They are never simulated or manufactured to create artificial consumer urgency.

3. Transparent Pricing & Fees

We strictly adhere to FTC fee transparency standards. All mandatory costs, including standard shipping fees and applicable taxes, are disclosed clearly before you reach the final checkout screen. We do not engage in "drip pricing" or add hidden fees incrementally throughout your checkout journey.

4. Purchase Cancellation & Orders

  • Right of Cancellation: For applicable consumer orders, you may request to cancel an order prior to its fulfillment by contacting our Concierge Team.

  • Policy Alignment: Once an item has been dispatched, all requests for refunds, store credits, or exchanges are strictly governed by our standalone Return & Refund Policy.

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is strictly limited to the exact amount paid for the specific product at issue.

7. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY: It requires you to arbitrate disputes with us. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of your use of this site or purchases made from La Perla de Mari, LLC will be settled through binding, individual arbitration per the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules. You explicitly waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or a jury trial.

  • Governing Law: These Terms and any related disputes are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration must be brought in a court located in Jacksonville, Florida.
